Horrible service and staff. No words to describe how bad it was. Serviço e atendimento terrível. Sem palavras para expressar o quanto foi péssimo.

My room was very very dirty. My socks got black of walking in there. There was only half of hygienic paper and hair on my sheets and pillow. It seemed abandoned.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Consolacion metro in downtown Sao Paulo and it was perfect for exploring the city. The location was close to the center and just a short walk from the bustling Paulista Avenue. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The basic amenities in the room, including the AC, were in good condition and made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day off right.
I found my stay at this hotel to be enjoyable with no major issues.

Location is excellent for Sao Paulo. Safe, lively, near metro. Lots of conveniences, shopping, restaurants nearby. It is a boisterous party zone on weekend nights, however, so rooms up front would be quite noisy.
No air conditioning. Room had a "portable air conditioner" which is just a glorified fan but noisy as a Mack truck. Odor of sewer gas in room. Poor ventilation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and it was a great find. the location was perfect for exploring the downtown area. It was conveniently close to the Consolacao metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had both air conditioning and a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.
All was well, no improvements needed.

The staff was nice.
Even worse than a really old college dorm room. Internet never worked. TV was terrible...the screen shook constantly and even after i said the remote didn't work and asked them to fix it, it was returned to my room still non-functioning though with new batteries.

Only the location, but this hardly offsets the other points
Bad service, nobody spoke English, they lost our key and blamed us, forcing us to wait in the lobby at 5.30 am for almost an hour (eventhough we had already stayed in the hotel for the past two weeks), no place to work properly (business people will not like this!), shower hardly worked, mold in the bathrooms, et cetera.

Lacks maintenance, a cheap dirty dive. I have travelled all over the world and only this place makes me feel threatened and unsafe. The location is perfect.... The hotel is a dump!

The hotel is conveniently located near Consolacion metro, allowing easy movement around the city centre. the rooms are comfortable and relatively clean, with comfortable beds and enough space. the breakfast is simple but adequate, with coffee, milk, cereal, bread.
The hotel requires renovation, and the air conditioning and lighting systems need upgrading.

Location was great, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a good breakfast selection.
The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially since I had a room on a high floor. There were also some issues with the lighting in the room, as it was quite dim and made it difficult to work or read comfortably.
